CANCELLATION POLICY

The Mane Event Salon requires a greater than 24 hour notice if/when cancelling an appointment. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 50% of the booked service/services. In the event of a no call/no show you will be charged 80% of the booked service/services. The cancellation/ no show fee must paid be in order to rebook. If there is a card on file that card will be charged within 24 hours of the cancelled/missed appointment. If there is no card on file you will be contacted about payment within 24 hours of the cancelled/missed appointment. Failure to pay will result in being blocked from booking any future appointments. In the event of 2 no call/no show appointments you will blocked from booking at The Mane Event Salon. Redo Policy: At The Mane Event Salon we do not offer refunds. We understand that sometimes minor retouches are needed. In the event that you may need a redo appointment it needs to be brought to your stylists attention within 7 days of the original appointment.
